Team kullabergs

We are expanding our vineyard and the event-side of our company.
We are always looking for co-workers in both our viticulture- and wine bar team. Tractor drivers, seasonal workers, chefs, interns... Just get in touch.

Contact us

Kullabergs Vingård involves several people who contribute to creating a world-class winery in a terroir that is new to viticulture. From those who work all year round, to seasonal workers, consultants, KVV members and harvest helpers. Everyone plays an important role, because when the work needs to be done, it has to be done.
The contribution of KVV members during the harvest is invaluable, especially in years like 2025 when the grapes were ripe and a storm was approaching.
Also, thanks to our recognition, we are delighted to have interns on site. In the latter part of 2025, Austrian sisters Cäcilia and Antonia Skoff worked here. Get to know them and be inspired HERE.

Meet the Winemakers

Our winemakers are sharp duo with Nicola D’agostini and Helena Lindberg, who are in charge of viticulture and oenology. We work together with our oenological consultant, Prof Robert Steidel, from Austria. Since 1988 he’s been at Klosterneuburg, where he was Head of the Department of Enology and then Head of the Viticulture Institute for more than 25 years, before retiring in 2019.

Nicola d’agostini

Nicola D’agostini comes from the Dolomites in Italy and has graduated oenology and viticulture from University of Udinese. He has been working with us since early 2022. Though an Italian, he was already familiar with PIWI grapes.
“In Veneto we have 20.000 hectars of PIWI and some wineries only work with PIWI”, he says.
Nicola fell in love with the wine industry when he realized that it involves a lot of physical work, being outdoors, and being social. “I want to do things, I want to create something with my hands.”
When asked about his path to Sweden, he says with a smile: “I knew that wine is produced in Denmark, and Sweden is at the same latitude. So why not?”

HELENA LINDBERG

“It’s important being rigorous and accurate, paying attention to detail at every step.”
This is how Helena Lindberg describes her philosophy. She has extensive experience from world-class wineries in Italy and New Zealand. After 20 years as head winemaker at Antinori's estate in Tuscany, Tenuta di Biserno, she has returned to Sweden and Kullaberg.
"It will be exciting to work with grape varieties that are new to me in a completely different climate, as well as to be involved in developing the Swedish wine industry," she says.
With a background as a civil engineer, she is fascinated by the technology and chemistry involved in winemaking. But she also recognises that there is so much more to it than that.
”It's about geography, culture, history and the people involved.”
