From City Buzz to Vineyard Bliss

Have breakfast in Copenhagen and carry on enjoying yourself at a vineyard on the Kullahalvön peninsula. Distances in the Öreund region – Greater Copenhagen – are short, but the variety is immense. Here you’ll find both the buzz of the city and unspoilt nature, walking trails and farm shops. And vineyards.
On the Kulla Peninsula, just over half an hour by car or bus north of Helsingborg, Sweden’s new wine region is emerging. Terra Skåne brings together nine wine producers within a small radius, all of which can be visited in a single day.
One of them is the award-winning Kullabergs Vingård, with fantastic views down towards the sea and the Kullaberg itself behind it. We now have 26 hectares and cultivate our vines sustainably to promote biodiversity.
We’re open from Thursday to Saturday throughout September and on the first weekend of October, offering guided tours, wine tastings and a popular wine bar. Following a tasting or tour, you can now buy a couple of bottles to take home, following a change in Swedish law last year.
On the menu at our wine bar Skänken, you’ll find dishes made with local produce that pair well with wine, as well as, of course, cheese and charcuterie.
The wine bar is small and intimate, with an adjoining orangery and a lush garden featuring apple trees and lavender – a lovely setting on a sunny late-summer’s day.
Kullabergs Vingård has made a name for itself with wines of international calibre, with the Immelen 2021 standing out by achieving the highest rating at The Swedish Wine Tasting 2024. The Immelen 2022 was served at the Nobel Banquet in 2025.
But our portfolio extends beyond that; we also offer sparkling wines made using the traditional method, rosé, red and other white wines, with the refreshing Lyckeri complementing Immelen in terms of style.
We also stock both cider and fine spirits.
Do pop in and see how Sweden’s new wine region is emerging, in harmony with the rest of the area’s attractions. A visit to our vineyard can be followed by a trip up to the old fishing village of Mölle, with its traditional buildings and the Kullen lighthouse – Sweden’s second-oldest lighthouse and the highest-lying in Scandinavia.
Here in September, the vineyard is also at its very best, with grapes soon ready for harvest. We expect to start harvesting at the end of September.
